Texas (Americ)– Plano Collin Nepalese Lions Club (PCNLC), a recently chartered Lions Club under District 2-X1 with 51 Charter Members, participated in the Arbor Day Celebration (Allen) with “Keep Allen Beautiful” of City of Allen. A total of 25 community social workers (11 from PCNLC) participated in the program and supported the noble cause – preserving the environment and improving the Allen community.  The celebration was held in Country Meadows Park in Allen from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm on October 27, 2018.

 

PCNLC was represented by Lion Prakash Gautam, Lion Dr. Badri Adhikari, Lion Rajeev Sharma, Lion Kamal KC, Lion Binaya Paudyal, Lion Munesh Kandel, Lion Laxmi Sharma Oli, Lion Rajina Sharma, Lion Indira Aryal, Lion Lalit Gupta and Partner in Service Usha Kandel, who helped distributing and loading trees in the vehicles of Allen residents. The Club President Lion Prakash Gautam told Himalayan Khabar that PCNLC will engage in more service activities in Collin County in future.
